but the other folks sort of talked about, which is the data center stabilization fund. voice-verified

Um, I know that right now it's only funded by the computer peripherals tax. voice-verified

But as we've seen year over year, is actually the real estate tax that continues to grow exponentially and it'll voice-verified

uh likely be in the next I'd say five or six years the predominant piece of the revenue stream. voice-verified

So as we continue to have that conversation, it may be an idea that maybe next year, maybe the year after, sometime in the near future, we should start talking about maybe amending that, exploring adding maybe some of the real estate tax revenue to the stabilization fund as well, because it's becoming such a large amount. voice-verified

thought is that as things change around that industry, it will likely be the real estate assessments and those things like that that actually begins to be a lot more volatile versus the rate on the computer peripheral. voice-verified

I appreciate uh what was shared earlier by the county exec that as we have more discussions closer to to the uh the budget season again we'll be able to have uh sort of a menu of options of sort of how to look at tax policy, what have you, because I think that it voice-verified

It's concerning anyone on this board, regardless of how you think about things, that we're running into a place in not too few far future where our debt will be exceeding our revenues. voice-verified

So as we continue to talk about that, knowing that doesn't need to be rectified in one year, but you begin that trajectory, you begin that momentum year over year year over year. voice-verified
