Uh no, I'm a huge fan of marriage counseling.

Marriage counseling, I I'm not afraid to say, has helped my marriage so much, if not saved it.

And when you're going around in circles around the same issue over and over again, nobody is willing to see the other side.

It's as if it's like two polarizing political views.

are married to each other, which can that can be the case too, but like you're not gonna convince each other of the other side.

And when you're in that state of your marriage, y I I ha I don't like to say people have to do things, but

to seek help outside of your marriage.

Like whether it's someone who specializes with with this or not, but it's can be so incredibly helpful to have that outside

It's been huge because, you know, the way I teach inner critic work is I ask people to break down the different parts of their lives.

So, you know, I I mostly w I I work with women, but you know, this it's the same with men too.

And and typically with women, our inner critic is the loudest in the area of like our appearance and our in our body.

That's a huge shame trigger for women.

But I think the next one after that is parenting.

And

It it definitely is for me.

It's my biggest trigger and

I have to absolutely walk my own talk and and use my own tools.

And and what I have found to be really helpful is

I'll give you an example.

So this happened a couple of years ago, but it's still clear as day.
