And this helps build confidence in the translational relevance of the targets we're working on and the molecules that we're developing.

And that also helps bring together better defining the big picture target product profile and then actually the molecule CDTP that we want to work on.

Yeah.

So these yeah candidate drug target profiles is basically you're writing down what this drug molecule should look like.

So that will include characteristics such as its format.

So if you're gonna be a biospecific, are you gonna have a one plus one, a two plus one, a two plus two?

You have lots of choices.

What affinity are you going to set as the target?

An affinity that you can engage perhaps within 90% of your target at an acceptable dose.

Is there a particular epitope you want to hit?

And then how are you going to demonstrate that mechanism of action in vitro and vivo?

So you need to define assays and potencies that you want to set.

And as well you've got to consider its developability.

Will this antibody express well, be stable and hopefully as well have low imaginicity?

And the AI tech begins to help because you can accelerate the rate of acquiring the data you need to set those target profiles.

For example, what is your target structure activity relationship?

How well is it expressed?

How quickly does it turn over?

And many, many more things.

So five to ten years ago, that could take me a week or two to get most of that information together.
