Look, I I've known Lisa for a long time.
She was CEO when when uh my last company was acquired by AMD.
Uh I've watched sort of her do uh extraordinary things with that company.
Um the returns over her her tenure as CEO are are mind boggling.
And so we are in constant communication.
We are close with uh her CTO, Mark Papermaster.
Th these are
people we've known for decades.
And so we're we're in constant communication, talking about how we might collaborate, what we might do together.
And th this was a an an idea that that emerged from those discussions and and made perfect sense.

A AMD has been an equity investor for quite some time.
They they were an investor in
uh in some of our our our mid and later stage uh rounds.
Um and and so uh we have been talking with them and and uh engaged in discussions on how we might work together for a long time as we are with with with many of the players and that's the advantage of being open.
