And yeah, he gave up a goal on a breakaway.
He gave up a goal by Jack Hughes on a deflection.
Nothing he could have done on the deflection.
And he stopped enough on the odd man rushes prior to that breakaway goal that I'm not going to take anything away from him for letting that one in.
He was awesome.
And the Penguins sent Sergei Murashov back to the AHL yesterday.
We'll see if he gets a recall in these final three games when the Penguins don't really have anything to play for other than momentum.
But I think it's obvious.
Last night's game, you win, you're in, you're going to play your best goal, you're going to play your No.

I'd be stunned if it's not Skinner for the postseason.

I mean, the experience and getting primed and ready, yeah, that's the direction that they're going to go in for sure.
And I trust that he can play well enough for them to win a round, at the very least.
I mean, this is a guy who's never missed the Stanley Cup playoffs in his career, and each of the last two seasons has been the primary goaltender for the Oilers en route to playing for the Stanley Cup championship.
Experience doesn't always mean that you're going to have success, but you've got a playoff-proven goalie back there.
The controversy is, if he struggles, who do you turn to?

And for me, I'd go to Murashov.
