we we adjusted how that occurred within the unit to to be dealt with effectively and um quite often people just went up to speed and uh and moved along and and that really um you know out on the day or the race on on the on the field it it's a life and death and so it's very very important that these mechanisms are implemented and perpetuated now
People that have been on the back end of this will not always complain.

yeah look the uh chatting to the corporals that are running the training and the guys who are going through the training it i came away feeling pretty positive good yeah that's good uh so it's still maintaining that that war fighting uh focus especially for infantry is important and so yeah good young fellas enjoying being in that environment actually and and
And they are flourishing, to be honest.
Whereas, you know, they're getting accused of male toxicity or whatever other stuff that's being thrown at them.
Young boys being young boys and, you know.
We like to bang it with a stick until it breaks and see what happens, young boys.
