So my experiences are exactly the same as your mates with the traditional modalities you sit down doctors or psychotherapies

It's very hard to talk to, I found them, and more annoying than not.

I did try SSRIs, and the second thought or effects of that were just disastrous, so I got off them.

I have had substance abuse issues as well, and...

and then i found psychedelics so i tried ayahuasca a couple of times and you know that really took the edge off everything and sort of helped me in the right pathway and then uh discovered ibogaine as well and i went over last year uh pillars for pilgrims helped sponsor me to go over and do that and uh

It's just been an amazing turnaround.

And what it's given me back, I don't think a lifetime of psychotherapy would have achieved it.

Obviously, there is no silver bullet.

You have to approach psychedelics with intention and respect and a little bit of ceremony also certainly helps.

And then the reintegration afterwards also requires a lot of work.

Now, I kind of stuffed mine up a bit in that first few months post-dive again, you really need to focus on who you are now and what that looks like integrating into your actual day-to-day.
