And so for me, uh if I have additional capital, I would I would kind of tr choose to diversify it in terms of industry as well as even geographic coverage.
Uh and then I like things like ETFs, they're low cost, uh they're diversified instruments typically in a basket of uh of stocks and bonds.
bonds and um also means I don't have to pay as much attention to them as you would with a particular stock.
So I that's kind of what I do.

Well, I think there's um there's a lot going on in there.
There are sectors where we're particularly poor at driving productivity.
Housing is one we need it's it's well documented.
We don't have enough homes for Australians.
Never mind new Australians who want to come and live in our shores.
Um and we need those people to increase the the workforce.
So uh we need more productivity in in housing in terms of
of approval processes, in terms of um, you know, simpler, um, more effective, more modular, more digital uh types of housing.
And I think we've also look at that specific housing stock as well.
Um I could go elsewhere.
Resources and energy.
Um we've got in many of the resources that the world needs to decarbonize.
Uh and uh, you know, it takes something like twenty
years for a mine from conception to production in in Australia.
