Yeah, so I'm working with these investors and I've worked with them before and they're lovely people.
He is incredibly talented.
He's a builder.
He's been doing lots of flips in Twizel.
So he said to me, pass on to Ed to stop talking about Twizel.
Well, he's doing that anyway, but also the fact of the matter is he can buy some land, he can drive there from where he lives, he can do a build project, and he can make some money, which is awesome.
However, he actually didn't say to beg you.
Someone else did.
Who did?

Oh, he's a loser anyway.
What do I care?
And so anyway, this guy.
So I've built out this plan.
It's an excellent plan, if I say so myself.
And my recommendation is, hey, you're quite exposed in the South Island because that's where you're based.
And we should be investing in Auckland because you want to get as much growth as possible in the shortest length of time.
