Anyway, that's a long answer, but I think you need to think about all those things.

It's a hard one.

I think, as I said, what you have to, and this is where I went wrong, what you have to consider is the emotional side of things.

So if you do decide to go invest in the market and rent,

You have to take a, unfortunately, you have to be, have a preparedness that there could be a lot of upheaval in your life in terms of having to move all the time.

It costs a fortune to move and it's a pain and your furniture never fits the new house, et cetera, et cetera.

It's different too.

Like I think if you're in the market for a two bedroom unit, it's a very different market than it is for someone who's after a house.

We've got two kids, eight and 11.

So, you know, we wanted a house.

And that's, as I understand it, that's a very different, it's a much more difficult market than two bedroom units, which are just falling out of the sky at the moment.

They're everywhere.

So you probably have a lot more security.

So you have to factor all of that in.

And if you do decide to go with the property route, and by the way, there's nothing, I've kind of been a bit negative on it.

There's nothing, absolutely nothing wrong with that.

I would just say, just if you do go that route, just make sure you don't overstretch yourself.

Because for all the reasons I just said, you don't want to be wiped out.

I would have done something different.
