Because they've had such a wonderful experience with, with property and they, they want what's best for you.

And they bought when they were young and then now they're sitting on a gold mine and they want you to have the same thing.

Now,

When they bought, average house price was three or four times average income.

In Sydney and Melbourne, average house price is 12 times average income.

So even though they might want to complain that interest rates were higher in their day, the multiples were very, very, very different.

But anyway, they're coming from a good place.

So that's the first thing to acknowledge.

The other thing I would say is it's not a binary decision.

As a Buddhist would say, there is a middle path in all of that.

You can...

Have the experiences that you want.

Do a bit of travel and enjoy.

I mean, you know, what does Buffett say about, you know, you want to invest for the future, but you don't want to do it too focused on that.

He says it's like saving sex up for old age.

You've got to enjoy yourself on the way through.

Yeah.

So there is a middle path here.
