And then you'll have all of your disposable income to put into the market.

And the math just works out beautifully well.

If, on the other hand, you're wanting to buy a three-bedroom brick house in the inner west of Sydney or inner Melbourne or something like that, and you literally need $1.52 million to buy that house –

and you have to borrow 95% of that, and you have to pay mortgage insurance, and you have to pay rates, and you have to pay this, and all this stuff, then probably not.

The other big X factor in that is, well, you and I are sitting here right now with interest rates at the lowest levels they've ever been.
