I guess is my question.
And so to me, this is kind of a big year of just development for Amen.
And also, like, they're gonna have to pay this guy too.
And if you give him the max and he and I know it's not necessarily like this is still like the quote unquote fun max to a degree.
But if he gets the escalators and somehow like s squeezes in like a all NBA third team but isn't that guy, like you could be in trouble.
And so it's it's really important that he develops into the guy a lot of people believe that he is, just so that Houston can have the bright future that we think that they all have.
Hopefully hopefully it helps him, especially like the floor spacing, which is part partly why he's pro not able to drive as much.
And so like get more shooting out there, clear the way for Amin Thompson, because I do think he I mean, you you watch what he did, I mean he was amazing in the playoffs.
He was so good for them.
He was like one of like the biggest bright spots for Houston in what was kind of an embarrassing first round series against the Lakers.
And so
I really think that I I there's some pressure for him to make that next leap.
I'm going with Tim Connolly of the Minnesota Timberwolves.
I think that they're one of these teams that got really, really expensive and had to make a tough decision with Carl Anthony Towns not that long ago.
They also had to make a decision with a guy named Nikhil Alexander Walker, who was awesome last year for Atlanta, and he's gone.
And now they're out every power forward that they've ever had and now have LaMelo ball at point guard.
And it's a pretty big bet on the Mello.
One, that he's healthy, and two, that he is a guy that can deliver in the playoffs.
Because this is a team that's just not just trying to make the playoffs.
It's a team that went to the conference finals two years in a row.
