And I think what happens is sometimes if you're in a rut, you both start looking at each other's behavior through the lens of trying to hurt or trying to cause conflict.
And if instead it's like, uh, she didn't actually mean it that way, or uh
Uh, she's actually annoyed by someone else, not even me.
Or uh I think that that can give you like a little bit more leeway and allow you to talk through things.
