I think the problem is not the stadium.
The problem is how they've spent the extra money they have from the revenue of the stadium, which has been their biggest problem.
Yes, more often it was around 25%, 30%, but the Luton one I had was 50% wage drop.
So that's probably, as a player, I don't think anyone's signed on a contract more than 50% relegation clause.
Not really, because especially I never sign a club thinking we're going to get relegated.
I think clubs have to put it in their contract just in case.
25% is not going to make me sign for Stoke over Crystal Palace, for example.
And Luton, I didn't have a choice.
50% was, I didn't have any other option.
So I signed the 50%.
