With the past decade under your belt of coaching and writing and teaching and supporting so many people throughout their times of loss and finding a new connection and understanding what love is, it's pushed you and probably equipped you uniquely, unlike any other experience would. You have this capacity within you now because of the depth you've gone yourself, I'm sure.

And who I think I am is different at different points in my life. That's going to inform what we think we want, right?

And I can reliably see that we always will say we want something we believe we're worthy of. And so it's like there are confines within what we say we want, you know, between subconscious limiting beliefs and self-worth.

And I know a lot of your work is really supporting people stretch to see what they truly are worthy of and are deserving of. What would you say is the thesis and kind of premise with your book, with like a bunch of your work now, what do you boil it down to as the core of what you're trying to support people with?

I think... Life is so trippy where we often project the things we want as only being capable of getting outside of ourself. There's externalization of feelings that we really can only give ourself. And we can, of course, get in the mirrors through relationships and career and things. But in many ways, we truly want to become the love that we seek. And we seek it through many different means.

And we want the feelings behind the things that we say we want. And so how much of your work do you see is bringing people back into realizing that they can actually self-source a lot of the things that they are so clinging externally for?
