And to encourage people, well, regardless of your faith or or just of values, to call on our fellow Americans to be good again, to have an expectation that our leaders aren't just effective, but are good people.

That we don't normalize what we're seeing in the Trump administration right now for so many kids that this is all they've seen.

You know, I think we have a duty.

To lead this country and this state better off than we found it.

And while many of us didn't choose, this president.

We still have a duty to push through all the challenges that we're seeing right now, to push through all the negativity, to push through the negative example that's coming out of DC and to make sure we can get beyond it to something better and something brighter.

So that when we know that when we're done volunteering, when we're done working, that we have truly left the state for the next generation and the one after that a better place, where they've got

more opportunity.

Where neighbors are kind to each other, where we believe in each other, and we believe that diversity is our strength.

But if our neighbors a little different than us, that's a good thing.

And it makes us all better people.
