I'm doing anybody's company right now. And I can shift and change the environment and the rhythm of the way things work because I'm the sales boss. Okay. And I know a couple of things. Number one, You got to keep it fun. You got to be unpredictable as it sells. That's the reason why cash gifts, doing pushups, working out, who can hit the first deal of the day.
You know, how much can we get up on the board by noon? All right, noon, everybody stop. Everybody, every hour, get down, do 30 pushups, right? Get back on the phones. Let's go. So there's bells ringing all day long. It's on our board. You know, it says lives change. It's not a revenue board. There are revenue boards, but it's lives changed.

So I'll say, hey, guys, today we're going to change 70 people's lives. How many can you commit to? Eva, how many can you commit to? Ian, how many can you commit to? I can do eight. I can do six. I can do seven. Come on, man. You can push it. You can change 10 people's lives. Eva, pretend. And so as I'm doing these things, I'm not like pushing them about making money.
