That's why they're here.

Yeah.

You know, I can tell you just from looking at the crowd this year, you know, a lot of you guys have shown up.

You're more fit.

You're more in shape.

Yeah.

You made progress.

You know, I would willing to bet that you're probably in a better financial position than you were a year ago.

You know, these things matter.

And those are the examples that set for culture.

And when we get enough people that are living that and doing that, it starts to become the way that things are.

And so we have to understand that, you know, if we really want things to change, we have to understand who the tip of the spear is.

And I don't see anybody else fucking doing it.

I don't see anybody else out there talking about the solution being this.

I see a lot of people saying, oh, we got to vote for this or vote for that.

Nobody's going to vote their way into a better life.

Nobody's going to vote their way into a better body.

Nobody's going to vote their way into a better career.

And people have to take that responsibility on their own shoulders to become that.

And then that spreads.
