I would trade places with any 18-year-old kid at this point in time.
Dude, not even a debate.
Even with all the shit going on in the world, even with all the stuff happening, even with all the changes, the opportunity for young people to win has never, ever, ever been better for a bunch of reasons.
One, the technology allows you to move much faster than I had the opportunity to move.
You guys who are young, you might hear, oh, it took you 10 years.
Yeah, bro, we didn't have social media.
We didn't have e-com.
We didn't have the internet the way it exists today.
It's hard to understand that if you've never experienced it.
I'm thankful for it because it makes me understand business in a different dynamic than most people do.
But the opportunity is so great because of the technology, the change that's happening, and also the fact that there's a lot of people that just don't give a fuck about winning.
When I was coming up, everybody wanted to win.
The culture was much different.
And I think we're swinging back to this.
We're seeing young people have a lot more ambition now.
We're seeing young people understand they have to win.
They have to win soon, too.
We're seeing that come back in culture, but it's still nothing like it was when I was a young buck getting started.
When I was a young buck getting started in business, bro, everybody wanted to win.
Winning and making money and kicking ass in culture, that was like the pinnacle.
