I'd be looking to do the same thing.

But so many free kick takers these days are now not doing that.

They're firing the ball at the goalkeeper and hoping he maybe moves or misjudges it.

Jordan Pickford should save this.

And he will know that, Marco Silva will know that, and the players will as well.

You see this ball, the first he sees it is when it comes past Fabian Delph.

Look at the distance between Jordan Pickford's right hand and the post.

That's his side of the goal.

If you actually see where it goes in, OK, it hits the side netting, but he should save this.

It's not going past his fingertips.

It's going kind of under his forearm.

He just completely mistimes his dive.

I think he's got enough time to see the ball and he's in a position to save it.

He'll be really disappointed.

Well, Jordan Pickford, actually, his weight is on his left foot.

You see a lot of goalkeepers actually step behind their wall, which gives a free-kick taker even more to aim at.

He doesn't actually do that.

So, again, he's been brave.

He's stood his ground.

He's hoped the wall does its job.
