Like you said, it's on every week, which I was disappointed as soon as the second episode finished.
He plays an electrician with two sons whose neighbours with Alan Cummin, who was this flamboyant drag gay bar owner.
And the opening scene is you see Alan Cumming hanging from a lamppost dead outside the house and then it flashes back six weeks to how it came to that.
The two lead performances are incredible.
David Morrissey, he kind of reminds me of Begbie in Trainspotting.
He's this kind of homophobic neighbour, but there's just that unease and tension to him.
It's like something is going to happen at some point here.
They have their own storylines within that as well.
And like you said, if you've seen any of Russell T. Daves' stuff, like It's a Sin or Queer as Folk, this is right up there with it.
