They're showing him.

They're saying, look, we've been trying to lure these things in and get them to come down and land.

I'm wondering to what degree, if you imagine the gatekeepers as sort of a top-down, like MJ-12 type group that's managing this from top-down,

Once the cat's out of the bag to a certain degree, like once you know there's an electronic dog whistle, a radio frequency or some type of technology that works to bring these things in, it's only a matter of time before some other third party comes up with that, a private group, corporate group, a different intelligence group.

The top-down management can't watch everyone all the time and they can't control everyone.
