It's going to take a generation.
You're going to have to have a whole new generation of kids that are born and grow up in a world where this is like a known thing and we're looking at it.
And maybe you can give little nuggets of things that we already know.
But let's say we have 60 plus years of dedicated research locked up
In all these SAPs, right, and some of them understand the language that these beings use or their writing system.
Some of them understand their hardware and others understand maybe their culture a little bit and there's some anthropological data on how they you know what does their society look like is how how does the power dynamic work that information
if it's locked up forever, if we don't have access to it, that sets us back.
It doesn't really solve anything.
It just puts us in a disadvantage.
We kind of do need that.
Maybe we don't need to know, oh yeah, they can come into your dreams at night and take you.

So we've gone from earlier having that discussion around we should know, etc, etc.
And we hear from a lot of folks online, everyone should know, they don't have the right.
All of a sudden we're already at a place where, yeah, maybe we shouldn't know that and that.
So now you go back to the gatekeepers and Bigelow's comment about them being some kind of hero, which must repulse a lot of people hearing that idea.
but perhaps they have already got all this in files and conversations and you've got this group of folks who know or have this level of knowledge who are sitting there going,
You don't need to know, not only because of that and that, but all of this other stuff.
They've got multiple versions of Xander's, you know, cork board there, which we, the public, don't need to know.
Maybe a lot of those are absolutely terrifying, and it's like, it's better they don't know this.
