I I had to play the Leeds City Varieties the night after he was there.

The staff were absolutely shattered because they'd had to stay to the end and they weren't necessarily best pleased.

Apparently half the audience had gone home and he was quite happy about that.

Yeah.

You go whenever you like, I'm just gonna sing it 'cause I love it.

And so he just goes on.

So he'd done five hours, I think starting at eight maybe.

So they hadn't got home until one in the morning and then they were up early that and so th they were going, How long are you

gonna be and I obviously I I said, Oh well I might do my seventh orn core, you know, et cetera, et cetera.

And then I said, Oh no, I'll keep it tight.

We'll do an hour and a half and we'll we'll be home and they'll go, Yes

Probably I checked the news yesterday, I w 'cause that's what I always do.

Yeah, have a little look, see what's going on, see how the burn and bounce is going as opposed to the uh the Starmer sink or slide or whatever it might have been.

Go for the emails, you know, sort of work your way into your the things you've got to do.

And I've got a friend in Melbourne who's coming over.

So I was uh emailed him and trying to uh work out what we were you know, when we were gonna see him and stuff like that.

So, you know, when um when I'm next over at at the Melbourne Comedy Festival or whatever, Max, I don't need to stare on your floor.
