It said it on the pack.

packet, I didn't have to work it out.

So uh I trusted the packet.

Maybe I shouldn't have done, but it tasted okay.

So that was good.

So, you know, uh but I did have to do a bit of prep 'cause we decided, you know, again, madness that we were gonna have roast potatoes with it.

So uh Oh delicious.

I don't think they were my best 'cause I didn't perspiring onto your own potatoes, that's not really me, is it?

My wife, for whatever reason, there's some things that I'm allowed to do 'cause she thinks I do them very well.

And roast potatoes apparently are a Parson's highlight.

I guess I've done them for a long time and maybe uh you perfect them uh over a period of time.

You know, you always want to do something slightly differently.

Maybe you chop 'em a little smaller, a little larger, you parboil them for maybe a minute longer.

Maybe you rough them a little bit more than you sometimes do, or otherwise you pull it right back and have them slightly square edged.

Yesterday, trying to get them done and get out of the kitchen.

Basically, it was very much functional yesterday.

I didn't think they were my best by a long shot.

Courgettes could definitely have they were a bit squashy if I'm absolutely honest.
