It's not served the people that were for me.
And I you know, there's a little bit of bravado as well.
Like one or two of the people that were round the table with me, so oh Andy, that was great to see that you didn't take any mess in it and blah, blah, blah.
And actually I I always think to myself, No, I feel very hollow about that.
That shouldn't have been like that.
And I think I'm gonna go back to the point.
Culture travels, kindness travels, and when you start with a culture of conflict and unkindness.
When you start with a sort of this is the way things should be in this, they're the higher ups, it inevitably gets you to a place it well, I'm making an excuse now.
That that sounds like an excuse.
Inevitably gets you to a place of conflict.
But if you start with a place of kindness, if you start with what do I want to be known for, how do I go into this meeting?
And actually this
I'm sharing it because it was a valuable lesson for me.
Never ever again did I perform like that in any other meeting because I learnt my lesson.
Like, no, that's not what I want to be known for.
It's not how I know myself.
It's not how I want to be.
And h this is how I wanna be.
I wanna be open, I wanna be connected, I wanna be grounded, I wanna s be seen as being someone that can take on board conversations and not lose themselves.
So it kind of it was a great lesson but a really difficult one.
