I think we are.

And I one you know, I remember um n another story.

Another sort of this goes back way, way, way back.

This is very interesting.

I used to do some graduate recruitment for a for a company called GEC back in the day.

And we used to have them um for a twenty four hour period.

So people applying for graduate programme.

We did a overnight exercise.

This was uh uh this got me into learning and development at the time and it was thoroughly enjoyable.

Um but we do these big assessment centers overnight.

And we ended up taking a um for some reason, I'm a bit ashamed to say this, we ended up taking them to McDonald's for breakfast.

This group of graduates.

And we had McDonald's and um I was getting the tray at the end of the meal the meal, if you can call it a meal at McDonald's.

Uh I was getting the tray and putting all the rubbish you know, you take it to the bin and you put it in the bin.

And this one guy said, Who's actually did very well on the assessment?

He said, Oh, leave that.

That's for the menials to take to the dustbin.

Oh my word.

But is this whole thing?

Like he would have got a job.
