And the internet's an amazing thing, right?

And there's a bunch of ability to go out and look for techniques and stuff.

But I can't think of anything more disrespectful to a coach to be told something and then you are offering them something that you saw on Instagram.

while they're trying to teach you.

That's how that relationship is going to end up breaking.

If you really want to accelerate your learning, and honor your coach, actually, focus on what they are trying to tell you to do.

Do only that and no more until you have that mastered, and then you can move on top of that.

Absolutely.

That's great advice.

Yeah, you have to just listen.

You have to listen and never question.

Unless you have a bad coach, then just get a good coach.

That's the solution to that.

Which in this era, you have choices.
