This isn't an abstract document.

It only works if people actually try it and say, well, this is what it's like on the ground.

And that's what we did with the neurodiversity events checklist.

We made changes based on people say, well, this thing's in the guide, but that's not practical.

That's not really how events work.

So we tweaked it to make it more practical.

So I think the networking guide's only been out for about a month.

It's only a month old.

So when we get up to the year anniversary, we'll look at making an updated version.

But yeah, again, it's really important that it is organic.

for all the reasons I need to mention.

Technology changes, people change, our understanding of neurodiversity changes, best practice changes, law changes.

So there's a million different factors that mean this has to be organic.

It has to be a living document.
