I think sometimes we look at things in a different perspective and exactly that.

It wasn't like strangulation.

You know, there was torture.

There was horror.

For Kathleen to highlight what happened to her beautiful voice, to be brave enough to bring that into a space and to be so public about it.

Because you have to understand, like when I sat with my sisters, they weren't able to go public.

They were barely able to talk about it.
