I mean, the LSA wasn't a perfect system, but I do think this kind of form of centralised collective farming can offer a really important template.

And it was a system that worked, right?

For about half a century, it was producing a huge amount of fresh fruit and vegetables to provide food for the people of this country.

I think it's becoming more and more clear to more and more people that

we might need some form of mass transition of workers again during our lifetimes.

And I think that the LSA, you know, it trained miners to become farmers.

And it's really an example of how you can take people and give them a fair chance at life, providing something really essential for the community.

I mean, what's more essential than food?
