You take your spring onions, you cut the white bit of the spring onions and you season your vegetable oil. voice-verified

Once you've sort of let them go slightly crispy, tiny bit brown, remove them from the oil, but keep the oil and discard the spring onion bit. voice-verified

You make this lemon sauce and the lemon sauce is unwaxed lemons, cast sugar, clear honey, all into a pan and then add a little bit of cornstarch and that sort of thickens it up and that's your lemon sauce. voice-verified
