And that right relationship with yourself is where the good stuff grows.
So you give yourself the right conditions.
And say yes to things that feel good for you, no that to things that don't.
Ideas like the magic house can only come through when there's those right conditions, right?
Like your soil is nourished.
And so a maxed out nervous system and overwhelm and stress in a two week trip in an overpacked itinerary.
That's not where my juicy creative ideas are gonna flow, right?
That's just me surviving.
So
the version of me who potentially could have
push myself through that two week trip to avoid disappointing a friend.
She wouldn't have gotten the idea for the magic house and felt into that.
She'd be too busy um performing and pushing through.
Right.
And probably numbing out with excess food or
Other things, and maybe alcohol.
Right?
But the idea that did come only came because I listened to my intuition about what I needed in that time.
And I was rested and present and in and I was open and I had this like fertile soil within me.
