Well, I forgot to take it for

Two days in a row.

And then I thought it was getting very close to the move.

You know, like I did wasn't feeling stress.

And I thought it was okay because the doctor told me that I could just stop taking it without tapering.

It shouldn't be a big deal.

So I decided to come off of it.

And this was about

So like when you're coming off of this stuff, and again, this is not medical advice, this is just my personal reflection.

I do not advise you to stop any medication without talking to your doctor, even if you're on a low dose.

Because as I'm about to tell you, the side effects were pretty extreme.

So a couple days in I didn't really notice anything.

Maybe about five days in I started I had a brain zap.

And I had heard about brain zaps before.

And

They're very intense.

They they're very short, maybe not even maybe like one or two seconds, but it just felt like an electrical zap basically in my brain.
