I, that was really impactful for me as a student. And what I recognized was when I was feeling compassion fatigue, as they say in the industry, it was because self-defeating beliefs were affecting me. And I was not adhering to the principles of team, whether it be death of ego, whether, you know, and I know you don't say practice what you preach, but we teach that in team.

And so you're the only one that can help me. And I would feel like I'm the one that's got to like fix them and cure them. And it's exhausting sometimes.

So there's conceptualization, goal setting, and then what were the steps in between to connect the two? I think that type of thinking lends itself to both.

I have imposter syndrome because I got my degree in engineering, electrical engineering, programming. But it lends itself to that.
