And so I just in my mind just.

Gave it up.

And so all of the energy and attention and fixation just shifted to work, which was, you know, more lucrative.

And people clapped for me and I have a wonderful career that was driven slightly by the manic kind of focus.

I mean, I feel like I answered it.

I feel like it's too easy to go, that happened to me on this day.

I did not have, there was no big event.

There was no big trauma with a capital T, as they'd say.

I think that I was a deeply sensitive child.

And that as a result, things that felt manageable for many people felt huge for me.

And then this became my kind of accidental choice of coping mechanism.

And it grew legs.

Yeah.

Well, I think, I suppose I struggle for so long with like, oh my God, is that a creation?

Is that like a false person, I suppose?

So there was definitely like the two sides of the coin.

And I suppose I now...

feel like they're the same.

Like I'm deeply sensitive and I'm also great crack.

And actually, I think maybe instead of trying to shove away my sensitivity, trying to... Like I hated it.
