Well I'm sure you've all read this already, so I am just for the record going to read why we do it and then I'm gonna read the conclusion.
Pursuant to the letter of understanding dated May twenty fourth, twenty twelve, the Broward County Planning Council conducts an annual review of the Executive Director.
As chair of the Broward County Planning Council, I prepared this memorandum to summarize Miss Barbara Blake Boy's performance over the past year and to evaluate her continued service as executive director.
We're gonna skip ahead to the conclusion and recommendation.
Ms.
Boyce's performance during the past year continues to warrant the highest level of recognition.
She has provided steady and effective leadership on significant policy issues, maintained a disciplined and efficient operation, and ensured the Planning Council remains responsive to the needs of its members, local governments, county staff, and the public.
Although Miss Blakeboy continues to meet the criteria for a merit based increase, she has not requested a salary increase.
Miss Boyd does remain eligible for any future performance based increases authorized by the county commission.
In light of her continued exemplary service, I recommend that this evaluation be entered into the official record.
Her professionalism, integrity.
and effectiveness continue to serve the Broward County Planning Council well.
Thank you, Miss Blake Boyd, for all that you do and thank you for having a great staff too.
