Everything that they did obviously uh you know, is against not only common sense but police practices and procedures going back for a very long time, not just in the city of Miami, but in many other locations.
And obviously what you're seeing in the video is a a parallel parked car and you're seeing Evelyn's vehicle, which is the the red mod that she's in the back seat.

Shoot from a range where he's in behind that parked car and they start shooting there and they shoot all the way almost 180 degrees of an angle.
Jesus.
Which is really just horrifying for somebody who is, you know, a somebody anybody any s any civilian who's goes out to Winwood, anybody who goes out on a Saturday night in Miami or a Friday night in Miami.
families because when you're shooting a barrage of bullets ten or eleven and you could hear it loudly in the in the video.
You you're endangering the lives of not just the two people in the in the altercation, which are again are not engaged in lethal force, uh, but you're endangering the lives of everybody around, including those passengers in the vehicle, the civilians who are coming out of the club, everybody walking on the street, people walking on the other side of the street.
Which includes other law enforcement officers as well, which are law- That's correct.

Contrary to their policies and procedures.
They know it.
They should have tried to de-escalate.
They didn't do that.
And by the way, you know, it was not just Lindo and Evelyn that was shot.
There was a third officer at the entrance to the club, not exactly near where they were around the corner, but he heard the shots.
