So, you know, they know they have this protective shield from the state attorney's office because they know the history.
They know they're not gonna get charged.
And it's not just the DOJ that's concluded made these conclusions.
The Southern District of Florida, this this the court that we're in has also concluded, based on those DOJ investigations, that the City of Miami Police Department has engaged in a pattern and practice of excessive force and shooting in involved
involving shooting of innocent bystanders and shooting people who are using non-lethal force or involved in some some non-lethal action.
Um so you know outside of the courts, outside of what are our lawsuit, I don't see any other uh accountability.
We've been asking for a year for the the video from the the city camera that you mentioned, which was right outside the club.
They have not provided their body cam footage they have not provided.
Their entire record, all they've provided is a police report that's almost ninety eight percent redacted.
A few sentences were not redacted.
