The first things I had to do was go around testing the huge rolls of toilet paper as they came in before they were actually converted into the small toilet rolls.

Because if they weren't the right grammage or the right tensile strength, they would break on the machines and cause havoc.

And obviously as well the right absorbency because if it didn't go down the toilet and flush down the toilet, it would cause havoc in people's toilets as well.

Oh, no, it never was, but there was a certain limit.

It never actually disappeared down the toilet, but it got wetted and eventually it would break up and go away.
