They're gonna go in, we're gonna look at brain waves.
We have the ability to quantify that.
With that, we're looking at brain waves.
All humans have the capability of producing the same brain waves.
Delta deep sleep, theta drifting into sleep, alpha is kind of a receptor that helps move the brain around and give it flexibility.
Beta should be clean, focused energy.
High beta is fight or flight.
And we need all of them.
However, when we have certain things, let's say, happen to us, right?
Maybe we experience trauma or prolonged stress.
Okay, now our brain sits in a place of hypervigilance and fight or flight.
Or maybe just biologically, we move a little bit slower and we produce excess theta wave activity in the brain, which might look more like an ADHD pattern.
Neither is bad or good, right?
All brains are good.
It's a matter of understanding what drives our brain, right?
Kind of which brainwaves are speaking the loudest.
So we start with that brain map.
We do a full review with people to go over it with them.
And we can do this from anywhere, Alex.
So we literally work with people across the world to do brain mapping and neurofeedback.
