I never cried.
My grandparents would pass away and I was very saddened by it.
I just wasn't hyper emotional.

Fortunately, my mom did a lot of research on brain injuries and went, okay, this looks like psychosomatic, right?
This looks like a personality thing.
This is because of a brain injury.
Then even 10 years down the line, I was having some really severe anxiety and insomnia.

And I was introduced to neurofeedback.
Honestly, I feel like neurofeedback found me.
I did not find it.
I ended up doing some neurofeedback and it was, I honestly can tell you, I don't even remember what anxiety feels like truly that I haven't had a panic attack since I did neurofeedback 10 years ago.
Wouldn't even think it would ever happen to me.
What's something that most people don't understand about traumatic brain injury?
It's a very invisible injury, right?
That when you break your leg, you have a cast on your leg and someone's going, oh, look, you're obviously hurt.
