And at GERS, is it more like the sessions or is it the conversations happening between sessions and, you know, after hours?

such a such a pleasure medicine is pretty unique in being as like complex it is and and as like apprenticeship style as it is you know whatever the right word is i don't i'm sure there's a word for that that i don't know yeah but you kind of do have to apprentice to learn it and you kind of keep that apprenticeship going in a way i'm not in the same way but that's how it works

Do AUA, if you're in a physician community of reconstructive surgeons, was that more GERS or more AUA or both?
