Like maybe they want to, um,

lay down equipment in a yard, and you've got a few acres where you could do that that's nearby, or you decided that you wanna run a food truck and go sell to the workers, or there are a variety of, maybe your land was used to build worker housing, like a man camp.

I think there's such a land rush right now.

And, and once, and these are such big construction projects that I think in many cases, the properties near these projects do experience, um, you know, rising property value.

Yeah.

Compare that to like a landfill coming to town.

Yeah.

Right.

Yeah, it's tough.

They hate the, well, everybody hates traffic bipartisan rage against the traffic.

And that lasts for several years in these big, big projects.

Um, like people bring that up.

Way before global warming, they bring it up way before traffic, you know, traffic, traffic, dust, traffic, um, you know, so.

You know, they were giving free car washes out in Wisconsin near the Port Washington data center.

Maybe people appreciated it.

It's a pretty small, you know, it's a small token of something.

Oh, yeah.

Because it's going to be dusty and dirty for a really long time.
