So there were a few kind of, I suppose, red flags in the first half for me of like, okay, what's going to happen now?

Their discipline and defence, so when USA started to get their momentum, which is going to happen in all games at this level, there's going to be

you know, an advance from the opposition, given the nature of everyone wanting to be the best in the world.

So USA start to get their purple patch and they haven't come to Dublin for no reason.

So they're going to use that.

Ireland's discipline went like really cynical, really silly.

player you look at that and you'll say oh my god that was so stupid i'm never doing that again but collectively um that hunger and drive and then that feeds into the discipline and the kind of focus on what you're trying to do needs to needs to be stronger there so there's a lot of learnings for them in this but again i would have liked to have seen some more younger players get get their shot

definitely a reminder but as long as it's a reminder and not something that bursts their bubble

And, you know, progress and turning a corner and all those things, it doesn't automatically mean that this is an upward trajectory all the time.

Like we all know that performance and high performance is going to ebb and flow.

And I think that's the key word, just a reminder and an important one before the Six Nations, where the Six Nations is going to be a massive challenge for them this year, because now to show progress,
