yeah it's absolutely class I'm delighted for them that's so exciting and you know they deserve the best they're some of the best in the world but women's rugby deserves the best as well like so often it can be you know you get a good coach in and then they're like drawn back into the men's game because you know it's

So I thought it was just a really cool appointment.
I loved seeing that.
As tough as it's going to make it, well, that makes everyone else better as well because we've all got to try and match them.
um i noticed that players seem to be a bit braver with one-handed offloads okay not like that was the best thing ever like um you know there still needs to be a bit of time on it before a lot of those offloads are coming off but
you know coaching young players they always trying to do these one-handed offloads and because they see it so much in the men's game as well so many of the men's one-handed offloads don't go to hand either so i'm not making a stab at the the ability there i'm just saying that um i i i noticed that there's probably yeah they feel a bit more confident with their kind of one hand like maybe stretching their fingers around the ball um i thought the kicks and now this was hard to tell because tallow was it's a windy little spot um
The kicks were not flying as kind
through the air.
They kind of seemed to be tailing off, whether left or right or whatever, and I couldn't tell.
But yeah, maybe it is the ball, maybe it was the wind.
I actually picked the ball up.
It's my first time picking one up actually at the weekend and it feels really weird.
It almost feels like a basketball.
It's so round because it's not as long.
