Absolutely.

And I think that's another really important point is that, you know, you and I might say something very differently from the person beside us.

And that's where, you know, we really need to be cognizant of the fact that others, you know, they take on stress differently.

Their challenges are different.

And it's really important for us to be mindful of that, that, you know, people are experiencing this change.

Yeah, sure.

So mindset's another really great concept to consider, and particularly when we're thinking about challenges.

So the easiest way to kind of explain the difference between the fixed and the growth mindset is probably thinking about, let's say, something like working from home and having to suddenly use Zoom every day.

So when we were first asked to work from home,

And, you know, the ask was, well, now we're going to be running our meetings via Zoom.

For a lot of people, that would have been a really new experience.

And we would have had some people that would have actually, you know, seen that as something that they couldn't do.

So I've never done it before.

I won't be able to do it.

This won't work.

and that's an example of a fixed mindset so those sorts of people tend to believe that their you know their qualities and their intelligence and their talents and personality are fixed and nothing is ever going to change that whereas someone that has a growth mindset is still facing that same challenge so you know working from home have to suddenly you know become quite familiar with zoom

they would look at that as an opportunity to actually grow and develop a new skill.

So they would actually say that and go, do you know what?

I've never done this before, but probably with a bit of coaching and a bit of guidance, I'll be able to do that.

And they really look for opportunities to learn from challenges.
