Um so I g let's let's start first with what do you see as the impact of of this program.
Well I guess I'll backtrack for a second.
Is this program on the federal level in its final form or is it still in development?
No.
And it's more than half of states that are opting into.
I think it's at about twenty eight or twenty nine now.
That sounds about right.
Uh-huh.
And
Uh when this goes into effect next year, would it stack on top of the existing state program?
So that would be an additional benefit.
