He's got one Republican challenger, uh Pond Naramore of Lawrence.

Um, Marshall has out-fundraised um Naramore and many of his Democratic opponents, so he is the presumed frontrunner here.

And then we have 11 Democrats running.

In alphabetical order, we'll start with Damon Anderson.

We have Christy Davis, Adam Hamilton, Jason Hart, Kevin Latz.

Eric Murray, Sandy Spidel Newman, Ann Perelker, Patrick Schmidt, Mike Sodert, Noah Taylor.

And I think that rounds it out.

The ones that that we've been keeping a little bit closer of an eye on are some of the top fundraisers and folks who have been out making waves in their campaigning.

The one who's who's really given Marshall a run for his money literally.

And figuratively, is Adam Hamilton, a pastor who runs a campus of churches in the Kansas City area.

And then we also have Christy Davis, a former USDA employee from Cottonwood Falls.

We have Eric Murray, a Kansas City area businessman.

And then Sandy Spidel Newman, a former businesswoman.

And then we have State Senator Patrick Schmidt and veteran.

and small business operator Noah Taylor.

That's right.

And I think that's one of the best ways to get a picture of the candidates that you're looking at because you really get an unfiltered view of of who they are and and what issues they're paying attention to.

I think a lot of the ones that I've seen come up and that we've seen come up are healthcare, the economy, and then social issues have been some major players in this uh primary election cycle.
